Terms of Service

These terms apply to every purchase made on plansbymia.com. By 
placing an order, you agree to them.

Who we are
Plans by Mia is operated by [tu nombre legal], [dirección], Spain, 
[NIF/NIE]. Contact: hello@plansbymia.com.

What you're buying
Our products are digital files (PDF). Nothing is shipped. After 
payment you receive a download link by email and on the order 
confirmation page.

Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout and include 
any taxes that apply to your purchase. Payment is taken in full 
when you place your order.

How you can use the files
When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable 
license to use it for your own wedding or event. You can print 
it as many times as you need and share it with the people 
helping you plan.

You can't resell, share publicly, upload to other websites, 
give away, or use the files (or any part of them) as part of 
another product, whether free or paid. The design and content 
remain the property of Plans by Mia.

Refunds
Sales are final because the product is delivered instantly. 
If a file is damaged or not as described, we'll fix it or 
refund you. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Liability
Our planners are organizing tools. They don't replace 
professional, legal, or financial advice, and we're not 
responsible for decisions made using them. Nothing in these 
terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the 
country where you live.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that 
applies to your order is the one published when you bought.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without affecting any 
mandatory consumer protections you have in your own country.
