Refund Policy

The Wedding Planning Kit is a digital product. You get the file 
right after checkout, so there's nothing to send back, and for 
that reason all sales are final.

Your right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)
If you live in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to 
cancel an online purchase. For digital content delivered 
immediately, that right ends once the download is made available 
to you. By completing your purchase, you ask us to deliver the 
file right away and you acknowledge that you lose your right of 
withdrawal from that moment.

When we will fix it or refund you
Final sale doesn't mean you're on your own. If any of these 
happen, write to us and we'll sort it out:

- The file won't open, is damaged, or is missing pages.
- The product is not what we describe on the product page.
- You were charged twice for the same order.

In these cases we'll send you a working file first. If that 
doesn't solve it, we'll refund you in full to your original 
payment method.

Didn't get your download?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, 
email us and we'll send the file directly.
